This policy covers all risks of physical loss and destruction to the insured properties (including legal liability arising thereof) or arising out of the insured’s operations (including their agents).

Properties covered under this policy would include the following:-
(a) Oil Rigs & Platforms
(b) Pipe lines
(c) Flow stations
(d) Gas Terminals
(e) Farm tanks
(f) Operators Extra Expenses
(g) Cost of Controlling Well Fire
(h) Cost of Redrilling
(i) Oil spillage and Pollution (clean up costs and Third Party Liabilities)
(j) Cryogenic Vessels – Hull
(k) Employees Properties / Welfare Policies
(l) Employer Liabilities
(m) Extra cover as desired by the operator
